Where the Stockade meets the Mohawk River lies scenic Riverside park, the perfect setting for the Waterfront Faire, vendors of arts and crafts, family activities, live entertainment and music, Schenectady County flaire, preservation exhibits including a historically accurate bateau, food and refreshments, and carriage rides.

Alongside the militia, the local tinsmith, blacksmith, broom maker and chair caner will be demonstrating their crafts. Many of their fellow craftsmen and artisans will also be working throughout the day.
